Biblical Interpretation

Last night I did a brief introduction to Biblical Interpretation (hermeneutics) for my congregation.  A lot of what I said was based on an excellent book by Dr. S. Greijdanus, Schriftbeginselen ter Schriftverklaring (Scripture Principles for Scripture Interpretation).  Back in 2006, I blogged through this material.  Eventually I put it all into a .pdf and it’s been available on my resource site ever since.  For last night I revised the document, improving here and there, and eliminating the typos.  The new and improved edition is now available for download under “Teaching Tools” on the right hand side of this page.  You can also get it directly by clicking here.
